Assists the location's management in all aspects of the daily tracking system for routes.

 

Major Responsibilities:

Manage route start and stop time.Ensure appropriate vehicle(s) used for appropriate route.Track and update mileage in system.Verify customer route.Reconcile daily fares.Generate and review financial reports to ensure accuracy and provide insights to supervisors or management.Ensure that financial practices comply with internal policies, local regulations, and guidelines specific to paratransit services.Enter relevant financial data into databases or spreadsheets, maintaining accurate records of route transactions.

 

 

Minimum Education or Certifications Required:

High School diploma or equivalent.

 

Minimum Experience or Skills Required:

Excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrates is a self-starter.Time management skills.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environmentComputer literacy, 10 Key, Microsoft Word, Excel preferred.Strong attention to detailProficiency in accounting software and spreadsheetsStrong organizational skillsAbility to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate recordsCustomer service skills for communicating with providers and service users

 

 

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Incumbent must be able to move about the office and between floors; utilize standard office equipment; access filing system/cabinets; and communicate effectively and efficiently in person or by telephone.Office and Para-transit yard environment.Must be able to lift at least 20lbs
