Job Overview:
Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Administrative Services, performs all patient related clerical duties necessary to assist the health care team to provide patient care. This includes but is not limited to scheduling appointments, scanning, answering phones and other clerical functions relating to patient care. Ability to cross cover pre-cert. billing and telephone assistant as needed.

Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Hospital Financial Systems, & Insurance Processes1+ Years of Patient Access ExperiencePatient Access Certification (CHAA)Scheduling Requirements:
