Access Control Lead/Admin

Responsibilities:
- citizenship verification of all personnel requesting access, 

- provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the construction security office.

- Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

- Responsible for organization and filing of confidential and time sensitive material.

- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.


Requirements:

-Must have an Active Secret Clearance

- Proven admin or assistant experience

- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

-  Attention to detail and problem-solving skills o Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-  Capable of verifying U.S. citizenship and identification documents o Strong organizational and planning skills 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- At least two (2) years of experience in administrative duties and access control

- Report writing skills

- Administrative writing skills

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
