· Strong understanding of the accessibility testing process and experience providing Accessibility testing approaches, estimations and requirements
· Strong Subject Matter Expertise in WCAG 2.1, Section 508, ADA, other accessibility laws and standards
· Significant knowledge in identifying accessibility issues using WAI ARIA, HTML, CSS, etc. to ensure compliance with W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) standards.
· Understanding of UX and the design techniques and principals involved in the production of conceptual prototypes and wireframes
· Ability to provide detailed wireframe reviews to potentially identify the accessibility defects before development
· Expertise in Accessibility testing for Browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox) Tablets, and Mobile devices (IOS & Android) Using VoiceOver, TalkBack, JAWS, WAT, Axe, Accessibility Inspector, ANDI, and Contrast Analyzer, Color Blindness Simulator, Magnifier Using WCAG 2.0 A and AA, and Section508 Standards.
· Played a QA Lead role while handling teams and prioritizing tasks, Risk mitigation and planning
· Strong Experience with Test Management and Defect tracking tools Jira
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong QA experience in accessibility engagements
· Knowledge of Agile and experience of working in Agile model
· Experienced in Design and Execution of Test criteria from requirements
· Expertise in working with JIRA/Rally to store Business Requirements, Test Cases, Test Runs, and Test Results for every iteration and to store defects and link them back to the requirements
· Knowledge on VPAT , GPAT and Accessibility statement
