Accommodation Standards Team Member Service Excellence is a multi-functional, centralised service that sits within Housekeeping Accommodation. Its directly accountable for a range of key operational tasks and activities, and your input in this division will have a visible and measurable impact on the continuing delivery of a high-quality guest experience.ACCOMMODATION STANDARDS TEAM MEMBER 11.60 per hourReporting to the Accommodation Standards Team Leader, you will assist with achieving and maintaining excellent standards in all units of accommodation through completion of assurance checks.You will maintain, enhance, and improve quality / standards and drive right first-time ethos across our Accommodation teams as part of the guest service journey, contributing to the achievement of all department standards.Responsibilities will include:Completing the Guest Ready Checks for accommodation units in preparation for guest arrival using correct software and to agreed company standardsRectifying and logging of any cleaning issues within your power and escalating when requiredEnsure any faults are reported on PlanOn (company fault reporting system)Achieving targets in relation to the number of checks completed and company guest satisfaction scoresSupporting the wider housekeeping division as requiredEXPERIENCE AND SKILLSEssentialSociably confident with excellent interpersonal skillsGood working knowledge of technologyHave a motivational approach towards workAbility to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailDesirableFamiliarity of Center Parcs (or equivalent) cleaning practices, standards, and operating proceduresPrevious experience in the cleaning industryExcellent administrative, organisational, planning and prioritisation skillsExperience of engaging and communicating effectivelyExperience of working in a fast paced, high standards environmentHOURS OF WORKYou will be contracted to work 48 hours per 4-week period, your hours of work will be Fridays and Mondays only, from 11am to 5pm.As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.ABOUT THE BENEFITSCenter Parcs is a fantastic place to work, and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
