Job Description
Supports all Employee Health initiatives with a focus on data analyses and process improvement. Responsible for gathering and analyzing data from multiple sources (e.g., leave administration, workers compensation report, insurance processing, employee health vendors and operations) to extract trends and deliver recommendations on employee safety and condition management programs. Works closely with third-party administrators and employees to manage accommodations and administer the return-to-work program. Responsible for all data and reporting to quality and system scorecards.Experience
