Account Administrator
We are looking for an exceptionally passionate, multitasking individual that is self-motivated and experienced in supporting special projects. The Account Administrator will be the key liaison for our account management leadership team.  What you will do       Administrative support to our Account Management Leadership         Scheduling meetings across the company (interviews, sales meetings, customer appointments etc.)         Support key projects and business initiatives by tracking deliverables of key team members and following up on outstanding items, escalating if required to leadership and identified issues and delay in completion of identified tasks.          Evaluate current process/procedures and close any gaps in or between departments by working with key stakeholders to develop new SOPs       Review Salesforce Pipelines and summarize key activity to Sr. Director         Support in Salesforce reports and dashboard creation for the account management team        Additional administrative duties include but are not limited to: Executive Calendar/Email management and program coordination.        Data entry support for the account management team related to customer information and feedback        Support account management team with reports, bridge communication, delegation of tasks        Help manage an account management matrix of key dates and targets        Ensure weekly budget reporting is up to date in leadership meetings and spreadsheet.        Assistance with the RFP Process for account managers.Skills and Qualifications       Previous experience with administrative and project assistant support        Ability to work independently and run projects from start to finish        Ability to build strong and productive working relationships with internal key stakeholders and customers.        Thrive in a fast-paced, busy working environment        Be precise and detail oriented        Have excellent data management skills  - Excel, Salesforce, highly competent in using ERP systems.        A proven ability to build and improve administrative systems        Self-starter who is comfortable working autonomouslyCLOSING FROM USA/SALES - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - ALL LOCATIONS
