This position is located within the Sales Department of 365 Retail Markets and reports to the Manager of Sales (Dining SaaS).  The Account Ambassador will provide and promote excellent customer service to our top enterprise customers. This person will act as a liaison between the customer and all departments within 365 by helping to identify customer issues and ensuring resolutions are provided. A commitment to collaborative problem solving and attention to detail is essential. The Account Ambassador will also be tasked with full cycle sales responsibilities for Kafoodle/365 Kitchen Management in the US.


Responsibilities

Establish and maintain relationships with several customers working closely with Account Manager(s) to provide world-class client serviceMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI goals Meet or exceed diversification goals (products, customers) Act as an internal advocate for the customerSecure and place orders, taking into consideration delivery dates and inventory levels for fulfillment Take ownership of customer issues and following problems through to resolutionsDelegate customer inquiries and issues to specific departmentsMonitor cases and follow up on outstanding ticketsLog all calls and customer interactions in HubSpot CRMIncrease customer satisfaction, loyalty and retentionUse data to improve customer experienceManage and prioritize multiple projects at one timeProviding Demos for 365 DiningNew business sales, from cold-calls and networking to demos, contract negotiations and closing for 365 Kitchen Management US. Experience with tenders and RFP’s a plusIdentify opportunities and prepare and present dynamic business presentations and proposalsMove deals through the pipeline all the way to close and fully document every step in our CRM (communication is key)Leverage personal and corporate social media activity Requirements Strong communication skillsHigh personal interest in providing Customer SatisfactionAbility to work independently and with others in a team environmentMust be able to prioritize tasksStrong Analytical and Problem-Solving skillsStrong sense of personal accountability and motivation for resultsTechnical aptitudeInterest in learning new technologies and solutionsStrong organizational skillsProficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.Account management and new business sales experience a plus. HubSpot and Sage experience a plus
