Account Associate II
Job Title: Account Associate IIJob Description As our Compliance Associate II, you will work closely with account managers to manage and administer account portfolios. You will also provide technical guidance and assist in continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders from operational areas, internal teams, and outside vendors to resolve any concerns that may arise. Responsibilities + Interpret and comprehend complex legal documents + Utilize superior written and verbal communication skills to interact with professionals, executives, and co-workers + Perform daily administration of accounts + Provide marketing and research support + Send customer correspondence, including follow-up and responses to routine requests + Participate in business initiatives and committees + Review transaction activity for propriety and adherence to proper controls and processing Essential Skills + Compliance + Document control + Legal document review + Contract review + Audit + Adobe + Microsoft Word + Administrative support + Legal administrative support + Mortgage + Data entry + Microsoft Office + Excel + Internal audit Additional Skills & Qualifications + Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services or legal field required + Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Economics, Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or Accounting (preferred) + Previous experience working in Trust, legal, corporate finance, or other applicable financial service industries + Ability to use independent judgment to identify and resolve problems, escalating as appropriate + Ensuring account management is compliant with policies, procedures, and regulations + Generating complex spreadsheets and researching account data on records’ systems + Strong analytical skills for problem resolution + Great organization and attention to detail skills Work Environment The work hours and schedule will resemble a typical 9-5, with flexibility available if needed. The role primarily involves an on-site schedule, but candidates may be required to come into the office depending on the daily job requirements, such as reviewing printed documents on-site. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
