Job Description

U.S. Bank is seeking an Account-Based Marketing Operations Manager to join our Wealth, Corporate & Institutional Banking Marketing (WCIB Marketing) go-to-market team. Reporting to the go-to-market team lead, this role is responsible for managing the infrastructure that supports our marketing initiatives. It focuses on ensuring seamless operational execution of our go-to-market strategies, working in close cooperation with marketing, sales, analytics, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

Collaborates closely with sales teams to define target account lists, ensuring they are actionable and effectively integrated into marketing strategies.Prepares account research and analysis to drive strategy, building Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buying committees, and identifying Total Addressable Market for campaigns using first-and-third-party data.Develops and implements initiative-specific account segmentation to ensure each account receives relevant messaging, tailored to their stage in the buyer’s journey.Works with sales, marketing, technology and other enabling teams to champion data accuracy and completeness, driving precision in targeting efforts.Ensures infrastructure is built to facilitate marketing/sales handoff.Leverages existing client data to analyze successes and identify opportunities to penetrate the market, providing actionable insights to inform go-to-market strategies.Serves as a key point of contact and critical partner to analytics and technology teams, ensuring seamless integration of tools, data flow, and processes required for successful operations.Ensures campaigns are tracked accurately, optimized for performance and executed efficiently.Monitors marketing-influenced lead generation activity and progression, and sales opportunity pipeline.Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies and enhance productivity, collaborating closely with risk.

Basic Qualifications


- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience

5+ years of experience in a B2B Marketing Operations or Account-Based Marketing roleBanking industry or experience working in a highly regulated sectorExperience with firmographic segmentation such as revenue, employee size, needs-based, and industry/verticals.Experience with Account Based Marketing platformsExperience with CRM systemsExperience with marketing automation softwareAble to clearly articulate concepts to key stakeholdersStrong project management, prioritization, and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teamsSelf-starter, demonstrating initiative and critical thinking

Location Expectations 
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
