Do you have a passion for beauty and love keeping up with the latest trends and techniques? If so, our role as a Consumer Relations Advisor for our luxury skincare brand SK-II, would be a phenomenal fit. You will play a meaningful role in delivering exceptional consumer service and support within the Global Consumer Relations (GCR) team. Maximising your expertise in the beauty and skincare industry, you will engage with consumers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibility will be to provide in-depth product knowledge, address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer personalized recommendations to improve consumer's beauty regimens. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the beauty care industry and have proven experience, along with strong communication skills, a consumer-centric mentality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications

Passion for Beauty: A genuine interest in the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning about the latest trends and techniques.Beauty Industry Expertise: Preferred experience as a cosmetologist, esthetician, or in a similar beauty advisory role, with a strong understanding of skincare, cosmetics, and personal care products.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate beauty-related information effectively.Consumer Service Orientation: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering a positive consumer experience.Analytical Skills: Ability to assess consumer beauty needs, identify concerns, and recommend appropriate solutions.Digital Literacy: Familiarity with consumer relationship management (CRM) systems (i.e. Salesforce) and basic computer skills.Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Starting Pay/Salary Range:  $59,800-$74,750 ​

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
