As our Account Compliance Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while building strong relationships with our Independent Contractors (IC) and clients. Your mission will be to guarantee that our services not only meet but exceed client expectations across various facility types, from offices to retail spaces. Your responsibilities will include: + Building and maintaining incredible working relationships with our ICs while working collaboratively to solve problems and communicate client needs. + Reviewing scopes of work to ensure quality assurance and striving to retain our existing business while winning new accounts. + Working hand-in-hand with the Facility Solutions Manager, you’ll be communicating daily about any pressing issues and providing nightly recaps to keep everything on track. + Making recommendations for IC assignments and ensuring they adhere to our service standards. + Managing inspections and customer requests, ensuring all clients feel valued and taken care of. + Executing our operational policies with enthusiasm while ensuring compliance with client policies and procedures. Requirements We're looking for someone who: + Has at least three years of experience in a management role, ideally within multi-unit operations. + Possesses strong planning and organization skills, along with a keen eye for detail. + Is an excellent communicator and enjoys building relationships with team members and clients alike. + Is innovative and always eager to improve processes and strategies. + Has a high school diploma or equivalent experience in the commercial cleaning industry.
