About Project and Development Services (PDS):
JLL PDS, or Project and Development Services, is a specialized division within JLL that focuses on delivering comprehensive project management and development services to clients across various industries. PDS provides end-to-end solutions for new construction, renovation, relocation, and fit-out projects, helping clients optimize their real estate assets and achieve their business goals. JLL PDS leverages its global network and best practices to seamlessly manage projects of all sizes and complexities, from small-scale office refurbishments to large-scale industrial developments and infrastructure projects.
What the job involves:
The Account Coordinator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within a team environment. This person is charged with effective daily support, administration, and communications of the real estate account. The Account Coordinator directly executes the financial and administrative aspects of projects throughout the account, assists in Occupancy audits/reporting and helps with communication support. In addition, the Account Coordinator is also responsible for various tasks in support of the entire account platform. Additional activities included but not limited to: data quality revisions, Occupancy coordination, ad-hoc and static reporting internal to the account team, process improvement, team document and template management, and account communications.
As an Intern in Account Coordination at JLL, you will support various aspects of our operations:
Project Support
Manage project accounting using accounting systems and databases
Enter and maintain budgets, purchase orders, and change orders
Verify general contractors' pay applications for completeness and contract adherence
Process invoices and manage vendor aging
Provide systems support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
CAFM / FMS Support
Generate and correct data quality reports
Coordinate occupancy audit packets
Upload moves into FMS for projects and audits
Update space types based on audit results
Planning & Communications:
Assist with report preparation and data gathering
Manage team documents and templates
Create content for Account Team calls (Account team, PM team, Training calls)
Draft account email communications

Education, Skills, and Experience
Pending Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or a construction related field is desired
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work with little direction
Team player with a desire to help others
