As experts in protecting what matters most to businesses and individuals, we’re looking to add our next Account Coordinator to support our Personal Lines department.  The Account Coordinator holds key role at Fred C. Church's headquarters in Lowell, MA and will work with and learn from experts in the insurance industry to build a dynamic and engaging career while helping the world prepare for the unexpected.

The ideal candidate is proactive, a good communicator and very organized. You like to work in a team environment and your colleagues see you as highly dependable.  You will work with and learn from experts in the insurance industry to build an exciting career while helping the world prepare for the unexpected. Prior insurance experience is not required.

 

Please note that the Account Coordinator requires on-site work Monday through Thursday each week and for the full day of scheduled hours.  Friday is a work-from-home day.. The preferred weekday schedule is 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What You'll Do Distribute incoming mail, and make sure outgoing letters and packages are the correct labels and postageProvide back-up for the Receptionist by greeting customers and directing phone callsHelp to ensure that important insurance documents are captured electronically and forwarded to the correct internal teamComplete projects assigned by Personal Lines and other departmentsAssist with everyday duties of the Personal Lines department What's in it For You?
