Account Coordinator
Job Title: Account CoordinatorJob Description Supports the preparation of forecasts and ensures the forecast data is current and updated within the ERP system. Ensures that purchase orders are in place to replace forecasts prior to launch. Will update changes in product availability or delivery schedules, and will work closely with Purchasing, Planning, and Engineering. Acts as the leading support for budgeting and LQE activities. Develop and maintain positive internal relations. Demonstrates depth of relationships across the organization structure at key accounts. Work through OTD and vendor scorecards to achieve optimum rating, assists with monthly performance review reports. Can lead recurring meetings at the site, working with external teams and internal stakeholders. Responsible for clear agenda items and preparation to present the best possible impression of the company to vendors and external visitors. Develop and track milestones. Identifies and drives improvements in sales processes and systems. Pursues open non-conforming submittals for disposition. Capable of negotiating discounts with vendors. Responsible for maintaining export licensing with international vendors. Understanding of product both import/export and working with customs brokers. Process purchase orders and reviews quotes for accuracy to ensure original quote meets purchase order requirements. Responsible for the timely and accurate entry of orders, responsible for commercial contract review process and presentation of the CQRA pack to Quality, Engineering, and Planning generation of all appropriate documentation. Ability to lead efforts to launch products on time.
