ood Sam Enterprises and the Coast to Coast division is seeking an Account Coordinator with advanced organizational skills to support critical membership-based campground business. The Account Coordinator will provide assistance to membership resorts, support sales and marketing tasks, and be responsible for ensuring sales reporting process is accurate and timely. The role will work closely with other business coordinators, the Coast to Coast leadership, and have direct communication with leaders across the campground industry. The Account Coordinator position will report directly to the Campground Solutions Business Manager.
Responsibilities
Support Coast to Coast affiliated resorts with administrative and escalation duties
Provide customer service to resort accounts by answering calls and emails from accounts and successfully resolving their questions, requests and issuesEnsure that emails to Team CTC email box are answered and resolved on a timely basisManage process of fulfilling Coast new member kit orders for Coast resortsRegular communication and training to resort personnel to ensure understanding of Coast databases, policies and procedures, including but not limited to selling Coast memberships, reservation system, reporting, listing updates and site inventoryManage the emergency closure process for resorts, including setting up the emergency closure dates in the reservation system and canceling/re-routing member reservations affected by the emergency closureSupport resort accounts on Coast Affiliates.com with any questions or escalationsRespond to resort account requests for reports on remuneration, reservations, member roster, etc. by running reports in Digital Rez and sending to resortsProactively work with resort accounts to keep their resort and reservation information up to date in proprietary reservation system, with particular attention to setting annual open/close dates and holiday black-out datesHold day to day operational responsibilities critical for business success
Review and accept resort-generated updates in the reservation systemManage onboarding process of new Coast to Coast and Good Neighbor ParksManage termination process of Coast to Coast and Good Neighbor Parks; including preparation of letters to advise Coast members they will need to find another home resort (Orphan Letter process)Respond to calls and emails from Coast Member Service Center and Support Operations Group on escalated member/resort issues and successfully resolve all issuesProcess weekly and monthly reports; top sellers, kit orders, remuneration, Instant Credit billing, Facebook campaign billing, etc.Support marketing initiatives and campaigns purchased by Coast resorts and other lead generation campaigns in support of the Coast Marketing DirectorCollect daily leads generated online and direct them to the appropriate resort accountAssist the Business Manager with the instant credit process available to resort accounts, including setting up new users, removal of former users, and resetting credentialsProvide training assistance to Coast resorts as needed on use of Digital Rez reservation systemEnroll new resort sales staff comp memberships, at the direction of the Business ManagerUpon request, verify that Coast members are in good standing with home resortsMaintain resort affiliation files, keeping hard copies of all affiliation documents and other important account documentsCompile and maintain an updated spreadsheet of all resort and Good Neighbor Park changes, additions, and terminations during the year to use for member updates in quarterly digital Coast Magazine and annual Coast DirectoryAssist with creation of annual Coast directoryIdentify opportunities for streamlining sales activities and making sure that sales processes run smoothlyOther responsibilities that may be assigned by Coast to Coast management
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalentTwo to three years’ experience in sales, marketing or business administration environmentKnowledge & Skills
Excellent PC skills, proficient with Microsoft Office Professional including: Outlook, Excel, Access and WordProficient keyboard typing speed (no less than 60 wpm)Independent thinker and ability to demonstrate initiative in day-to-day work assignmentsExcellent grammar, spelling, math, and proofreading skills are requiredPunctuality and time management skillsAbility to juggle & prioritize multiple tasks within a hectic & demanding work environmentWillingness to put in more working hours when requiredOpen to remote workPay Range:
