Description
Robert Half is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and client-focused Account Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a client in the technology indistry. The Account Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting with account management, ensuring seamless service delivery, and supporting the broader team to meet client needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a point of contact for client communication, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries.
+ Assist in managing client accounts, including coordinating onboarding, monitoring progress, and ensuring satisfaction.
+ Support internal teams in preparing account-related materials such as presentations, proposals, and reports.
+ Track account performance metrics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client requirements.
+ Resolve client issues by troubleshooting concerns and escalating matters to relevant team members when necessary.
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
+ Maintain and update client records in CRM software to ensure accuracy and completeness.
+ Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts, including scheduling meetings and preparing meeting agendas.
Requirements
+ Experience: 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or administrative support roles (prior experience in technology is a plus).
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or others.
+ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
+ Organization: Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
+ Problem-Solving: Proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide innovative solutions.
+ Team Player: Collaborative team spirit with a focus on achieving shared goals.
