**Overview**
**General Summary:**
Team One is looking for an Account Coordinator to support the Lexus Dealer Association team. The Account Coordinator will help manage dealer marketing needs and play a vital role in day-to-day operations by building connections between Lexus, Team One headquarters, and the four regional Team One officeteams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Creative Production:** Coordinate with the Team One regional offices to understand Tier 2 Lexus Dealer marketing needs. Brief creative projects with print, digital, and out of home deliverables, and route and review creative concepts for approval.
**Asset Management:** Manage dealer asset portal, upload campaign materials, and monitor expiration.
**Incentive Management:** Support with publishing and distribution of monthly Lexus incentives across various channels, including lexus.com. Manage monthly television and radio incentive tagging efforts
Campaign Management: Manage broadcast and digital trafficking instructions for Tier 2 media buys.
**Administrative Support:** Assist with expense management, budget tracking, contract routing, meeting coordination, and server maintenance.
Act as liaison between Team One regional offices and Team One headquarters, investigate questions regarding campaigns or media plans
The Account Coordinator reports to the Account Manager and provides direct support to the team Assistant Account Executives and Account Executives.
**Experience:**
6 months—1 year internship preferred. 1-2 years office experience preferred.
**Education:**
A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
**Skills and Abilities:**
Must be proficient in Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Proficient administrative and computer skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. Must have excellent attention to detail. Must be a well-rounded, responsible, self-starter with a “team player” attitude with an interest in the automotive marketing industry.

**Working Conditions:**
Team One is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment. All employees are expected to support Team One’s commitment to providing a respectful & safe workplace. There may be times when lifting up to 25lbs. is required. Overtime, including evenings and/ or weekend work- may be required. There may be occasion to travel. All employees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and acceptable manner during working hours and all work-related events, including but not limited to, holiday parties, off-sites, client meetings/events, shoot locations, etc.

Compensation Range: $39,710.00 - $55,110.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
