Account Coordinator

CyrusOne is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our Account Management (Sales) team. An account coordinator is a multifaceted role. A successful candidate must be knowledgeable of our product offerings, become a Sales Force subject matter expert specific to order processing and understand the lifecycle of an order to be able to progress it through the various approvals and stages. They work closely with the account management team on order creation and management of new opportunities for new and/or existing customers. They are responsive to customers on new order requests, responding promptly to inquiries and escalations, providing timely updates to orders and provide superior customer service.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Help meet overall annual team goal by accepting, processing and following up on order requests (new, add, renewal etc.) received
+ Respond to customer order inquiries, escalations from GSD and AMs and provide updates in a timely manner
+ Develop knowledge of our product offerings and internal systems (Sales Force, Yardi, NCS, Zen Desk etc.)
+ Audit customer specific information in CRM system to ensure accuracy and consistency
+ Work with peers and with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
+ Flexibility with work hours to support end of quarter / end of year “crunch” and to also support Europe order requests
+ Help retain customers and delivering exceptional customer service by responding promptly, setting and meeting customer expectations
+ Complete special projects on time and within scope
+ Maintenance of team training guide
+ Complete required annual training certifications
**Minimum Requirements:**

+ Ability to analyze data and processes
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
+ Strong task management skills
+ Ability to effectively use sales automation tools, applications software and equipment to manage the sales/service process
+ Strong customer relation management skills
**Experience/Skills:** This position requires 1-3 years of Sales, Order Administration, or Account Management experience.
**Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field is required (equivalent work-related experience may be substituted for degree)
**Certifications:** None
**Physical and Mental requirements:** Must be available for business travel as needed (<5%)
**Work environment:** The work environment is either office or at home based on location
