JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX is looking for an Account Coordinator within the Advertising Sales team. The Account Coordinator is an entry-level role, which will support the sales staff across both the FOX Sports and FOX Entertainment teams while gaining valuable knowledge about the media industry.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintains accounts across multiple teams and agenciesSupports teams as needed by assisting with media schedules, trafficking, and reportingCommunicates across multiple departments within the organization to facilitate deal stewardship and campaign executionSupports the accounts to which they are assigned, ensuring deal accuracy and full-service execution from the pitch to the paymentAssists in the communication between Advertising Sales and existing clients as neededMaintains communication about client needs and requests to internal teams to help prioritize most requested opportunitiesPrevious experience in television advertising and mediaStrong attention to detailStrong analytical skillsA keen eye toward process adherence to create a smooth workflowExperience with Excel and PowerPoint

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or commensurate experienceExperience working with data/numbers

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $24.25-26.45 annually for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $20.00-22.00 annually for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
