Our Locust Division, located in Locust, NC, is seeking an Account Coordinator. This position works closely with the Account Representatives to service current business and acquire new business. + Answer incoming phone calls from customers. + Process quotes in the ERP system and send to customers. + Convert quotes into orders. + Identify and source buy-outs with appropriate vendors. + Input Laser and Owatonna quote requests and orders. + Enter Purchase Orders with vendors. + Input Material Return Authorizations if necessary. + Follow-up on quotations made to customers. + Communicate with Account Managers regarding accounts. + Attend monthly sales training meetings. Job Requirements: + College education is preferred in a business related field. + This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. + Must enjoy working with and developing relationships with new people. + Must maintain confidentiality regarding customer account specifics.
