Account Coordinator - Regulatory Compliance

We’re looking for a knowledgeable Account Coordinator to join our Operations Team to help our customers bring their products to market.

Your role here

From Day 1, your knowledge of regulatory requirements are put into action. Working with our exceptional sales team, you’ll be on the front line, assisting our customers daily with orders, scheduling shipments, providing quotes, processing and following up on invoices.   
 

Your experience and background
 

Provide expert guidance on interpreting packaging regulations to support compliance, innovation and sustainability. Lead packaging regulatory compliance across North American markets.

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging strategies for the future.

Ensure that all packaging materials and designs stay in sync with applicable local, national, and international regulations.

Stay current with changes to packaging regulations and standards including these changes to relevant partners. Proficiency in ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and other pertinent quality standards is required.

Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings, uploading and maintaining material through regulatory platforms such as TraceGains, and provide regulatory guidance and training to other departments as needed.

Coordination with international regulatory bodies and agencies will be necessary to maintain compliance.

Experience with ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with two or more years of experience or the equivalent combination
