Opportunity:
The Account Delivery Leader (ADL) is a senior role focused on ensuring delivery excellence, fostering organic growth, and building strong relationships within an account or portfolio of accounts. Responsibilities include managing delivery teams, driving client satisfaction, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining collaborative partnerships, with goals centered on revenue, employee retention, and customer satisfaction.
Summary:
The Account Delivery Leader (ADL) is a senior delivery leadership role that will focus on delivering sold work at an account or portfolio of accounts while also focusing on opportunity and relationship expansion in the account. The ADL will have 3 primary roles:
1. Delivery excellence: They will ensure the right team is on the engagements, the delivery team is being supported and helped to achieve the objectives, the client relationships are established and maintained, and the revenue and profit of the engagement are being delivered
2. Organic Growth: The ADL will look for opportunities in the account where VSO can expand the business. This can be tangential to the existing engagement, within the existing engagement or new business through an account relationship.
3. Relationships: The ADL will establish key delivery relationships, identify senior relationships where VSO can be positioned, engage senior leaders from VSO in building stronger business relationships and maintaining partner relationships.
Job responsibilities:
+ Ensure strong relationships with the VSO delivery team and provide direction and guidance in delivering the solutions within the account
+ Build strong relationships with client managers and leaders
+ Build strong relationships with partners in the account
+ Communicate current status, challenges, risks and issues to delivery operations and the BUE
+ Identify areas of growth for VSO in the account
+ Be the ‘go-to’ contact for the account both from a client side and VSO side
+ Work collaboratively with CLs, BUE, Practices and other delivery leaders
Qualifications:
+ 5+years Delivery Leadership
+ Solid understanding of the full VSO portfolio and value proposition
+ Account management experience
+ People management experience
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
+ CSM/ PMP/ IT background
+ MBA or Previous P&L management
+ People management
+ Secret clearance
Requirements
+ Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status.
+ Must be willing and able to work 100% remotely.
