About the Team:We are looking for a sales or business student with senior level standing to join us this summer in our sales organization.
The Illumio Sales team consists of individuals who are already at the top of their game – and yet know there is always more to learn. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge sales strategies, while also gaining invaluable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
This is a 12 week internship program beginning on May 27th 2025 or June 23rd 2025. This internship is based in Sunnyvale, California, and will require a hybrid work schedule. Please note that we are unable to provide relocation assistance at this time.
Key Responsibilities: Learn about the sales funnel from inbound leads and outbound campaigns Identifying key decision makers within prospective accounts to map out organizational structure. Assist sales in processing and managing inbound leads Write email communication for corresponding outreach campaigns to generate new sales prospects. Participate in simulations of customer qualifying calls. Simulations will prepare you to lead calls with executive-level prospectsExperience: Currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in Winter 2025/Spring 2026. Demonstrated interest in working with prospective customers and learning sales processes Interest in client facing career, the cyber security industry, and a high degree of intellectual curiosity. Excitement to work in a high-growth environment and to help build processes and tools as needed.
