What you’ll be doing
Oversee strategic clients across the Retail with the goal of managing existing revenue retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells Continuously add to the pipeline of the Retail by researching and understanding the trends of the Retail Partner closely with your Customer Success counterpart to ensure business continuity and client expectations are met Anticipate client needs and industry trends to determine how to bundle products and build solutions to meet client requirements to expand their relationship with Experian Oversee GTM and cross-sell strategies across your existing book of business to drive overall growth and success within the Retail Help provide voice of customer and client feedback to internal stakeholders to help continuously grow Experian’s products and solutions Be the client’s go-to thought leader across the Retail Effectively manage your existing pipeline within Saleforce to maintain 99% accuracy at all time
Qualifications
What your background looks like
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years' experience selling enterprise identity, audience, measurement, and analytics solutions to clients in the Retail Experience selling enterprise solutions with a combination of SaaS or DaaS commercial models and deal sizes exceeding mid six-figures to seven-figures annually Experience managing portfolio of revenue between $5M - $50M+ annually Existing client relationships across the Retail Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets in prior roles Sales drive and motivation Ability to build a strong pipeline, managing a book of business of 7 figures plus Intellectual horsepower, political savvy combined with problem solving and analytical skills Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills Strong customer service, organizational and project management skills Ability to travel – approx. 40% of time Additional InformationPerks:
