Bazaarvoice is looking for an experienced sales professional to grow, develop and retain a portfolio of key retailers in the French market. This is a hybrid role of driving new revenue with new prospects, up- and cross-selling with existing business, and driving retention with existing retail customers. This strategic role is at the core of Bazaarvoice value proposition. Primary Duties of the Role: Pipeline generation to grow the revenue within existing accounts and generate opportunities with new accounts.Ability to manage and grow a territory with accurate and realistic forecasting. Working collaboratively internally with teams (marketing, customer success etc.) to align on client and Bazaarvoice goals. Partnering with internal regional and global stakeholders within the client to deliver clear ROI and build a joint plan to drive additional customer value and Bazaarvoice revenue.Skills and Experience Necessary for the Role: A retail franchise ‘CEO’. Somebody passionate about selling high impact e-commerce solutions to large retailers, who is adaptable and confident speaking at many levels within existing and new prospect accounts. Confident but not complacent in selling our industry-leading solution in a competitive marketplace.An exceptional relationship builder with the ability to work across departments on the client’s side and bring their teams together over a unified solution delivering excellent value for the client and a secure long term relationship for Bazaarvoice.
Requirements - essential;5+ years sales experience selling into eCommerce, digital or SaaS.Follows a proven sales methodology. We use an adapted version of MEDIC which we’ll give you full training on, but we expect knowledge and experience of a recognised sales methodology.Proven track-record of over achieving quota, and clear demonstrable experience of building champions in new and existing accounts.French and English speaker.Requirements - nice to have;A professional network within the French retail environment.Additional language skills.#LI-Hybrid#LI-MH1
