Job SummaryAs an Account Director at Kantar Profiles, you will play a crucial role in developing client growth strategies and plans. You will serve as the primary business contact for existing clients and be responsible for growing our client base, particularly focusing on enterprise clients. Your financial targets, account management skills, and dedication to client happiness will drive your success within our sales team. This role combines sales, account management, and research, offering you an outstanding chance to create a significant impact in the industry.
Role/ ResponsibilitiesAs an Account Director, your responsibilities will include:
Creating and implementing a strategy to attract, retain, and grow a customer base with a strong emphasis on financial success and customer satisfaction.Identifying and pursuing new client segments, fueling the growth of our business and exploring new opportunities within the market.Serving as the face of the business, liaising with clients, and contributing ideas to brainstorming sessions internally and externally.Building and maintaining positive ongoing client relationships.Reporting on successes and identifying areas for improvement.Promoting and presenting Kantar Profiles' products, services, innovations, and developments to address clients' objectives.Providing expertise on our Lightspeed panel, feasibility, and pricing approach to clients, from project managers to CEOs.Collaborating on clients' research briefs to ensure that Kantar Profiles enhances the research design and delivers proposals within agreed timelines.Communicating effectively with clients, understanding their needs, and taking appropriate actions to meet their requirements and objectives.Nurturing and managing account relationships to ensure they remain healthy, productive, and mutually beneficial, with a focus on securing repeat business and achieving revenue targets.Researching viable income streams to support the rapid growth of client demand.Successful CandidateTo be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience with selling in the market-research industry.Ability to build rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships, consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals in collaboration with sales organisations.Strong negotiation skills, capable of mediating discussions and making concessions while accomplishing goals and protecting interests.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with meticulous attention to detail and follow-up.Strong time management skills, working efficiently and meeting deadlines.In-depth knowledge of the market research industry, coupled with outstanding presentation and PowerPoint skills.At Kantar Profiles, we are committed to providing unparalleled innovation, quality, and service.
