This Job Contributes to the Company Mission By:
Presenting innovative, integrated and custom best-in-class solutions designed to enable sales and marketing professionals to identify, activate and convert the right buyers to achieve their organization's growth goals, this role will influence Company revenue and contribute to profitability objectives. 

Essential Job Functions, “What You’ll Do”:

Develops and maintains positive relationships with current clients through routine engagement of contacts to ensure Company solutions remain top of mind while educating clients on the general market conditions while providing exemplary customer service. Conducts a consultative assessment of the business needs to position innovative, integrated and custom solutions/ programs to “segment” accounts. Engages subject matter experts (i.e. Customer Experience Managers) to bring further value to the client/ prospect and renew contracts. Develops a business plan and implements sales strategies to enable the sale of solution(s). Close client contracts to deliver sales results that meet revenue goals and profitability objectives. Strategically evaluates the assigned portfolio based on propensity to purchase derived from key buying signals and ideal customer profile (ICP) indicators to include prioritization, addition and removal of accounts. Prospects into new logos utilizing multi-channel resources within the assigned sales segment, identifies and strategizes new customer initiatives, develops new offerings, promotes solution sales models & secures insertion orders. Provides pipeline management, business forecasts and relevant performance metrics to report progress to goal(s). Achieves minimum key performance indicators.

Essential Qualifications, “What You’ll Need”:  

Bachelor's Degree Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, Software development, or related discipline. Preferred 3-4 years Minimum three years consultative selling experience. Required Proven sales record in selling solutions, preferably global B2B data, to “segment” customers with knowledge of the challenges faced by digital marketers Growth mindset with a proven business acumen with a deep understanding of the sales process. Knowledge and experience with business plan development, execution and management. Proven track record of meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and/ or annual basis. Experience with program measurement and analytics not limited to opportunities created, forecasting revenue and sales performance. Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders. Initiative to identify new prospects and solutions to grow the business and its portfolio. Demonstrate good judgement, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiating skills to make strategic decisions. Effective communication skills coupled with solid presentation skills. Contribute to a collaborative environment that exemplies a commitment to the Company’s core values. Ability to articulate Company value proposition to prospects and clients. Experience working in MS Office, Salesforce, Zoom, and Slack applications. (Medium proficiency) Experience with Enterprise account management, project and stakeholder management. Must have industry experience - Content Syndication, Lead Generation, and experience in this vertical are strongly preferred.
