Account Director
Job Description A marketing agency is hiring for an Account Director to join their growing organization. This is a remote friendly role with opportunities to collaborate with the team in person in Germantown. This person will be apart of a customer facing team dedicated to helping early stage healthcare companies grow and succeed. They will take the lead with those customers in crafting and executing marketing strategies. You will serve as the trusted advisor to healthcare founders and their teams. -Guide clients through strategic marketing conversations, providing thoughtful recommendations. -Build strong, trusting relationships with healthcare startup founders and leadership teams. -Take ownership of client campaigns, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. -Oversee and manage marketing initiatives across web, brand, content, and lead generation strategies. -Ensure the timely delivery of campaigns and deliverables, working closely with internal teams to bring strategies to life. -Provide clear feedback and direction to internal creative, content, and support teams. -Track client budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to identify areas for optimization. -Prepare and present client reports, dashboards, and strategic updates to show progress and results. -Collaborate with and mentor Account Associates, providing them with guidance and support to ensure success. -Act as a role model for the internal team, upholding high standards and promoting a positive, growth-oriented culture.
