Responsibilities:

A project lead who will support the development and execution of broad communications strategy for opportunities with high level pharmaceutical client in the vaccine space.

Strong client service and management skills, overseeing planning and execution of disease education (unbranded) campaigns, including influencer and patient engagements, social media activations, media, and PR events. As a senior contact for client overseeing and managing multiple partner organizations and influencer/patient relationships, must be a strong communicator, writer and strategist. The ideal candidate will be a high energy, collaborative individual who can manage teams while also rolling up their sleeves to work directly with clients to solve problems and implement programs

Given the account moves at a fast pace with a large team, it is important that the individual has high attention to detail, organization and proactivity managing up and down.

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in preferably in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry, and a bachelor's degreeFamiliarity with branded and unbranded pharmaceutical product and disease awareness communications and influencer or third-party partnerships in the pharmaceutical space Should have deep understanding and experience in the consumer celebrity/influencer/patient space from an execution and strategic point of viewStrong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including experience with client communicationCollaborative in-nature with the ability to manage and oversee staff and projects, including team delegation, timeline and budget tracking, quality control and logistics planningStrong understanding of social media processes/tools/approach/regulations, corporate review processes, healthcare regulations and issues management is beneficialReview and oversee milestone-specific media monitoring and results reportingAct as day-to-day contact for core clients in assigned areas with a drive to further build upon client relations expertise Strong collaboration skills, and ability to regularly collaborate with partnering organizations, agencies, shared services, vendors, media and other third-partiesAbility to move at a fast-pace, perform under pressure in a fast-pace (but fun and supportive) environment, without losing attention to detail Energized by being a member of a highly entrepreneurial work environment that rewards and fosters personal initiative and teamworkEager to continue to advance professionally and driven to learn new skills, take on new responsibilities, and find new growth opportunities for client and account
