Position Overview

We seek an accomplished executive leader to oversee one of our most significant technology partnerships in the Americas region (US, Canada, and LATAM), managing a team of over 800+ employees. This role reports to the Global Account Executive and is based in Seattle, WA, with significant on-site presence expected.

Strategic Leadership

Drive enterprise-wide account strategy and executionServe as the principal executive liaison with Senior client stakeholdersOrchestrate comprehensive account plans aligned with both client objectives and firm strategyLead transformation initiatives and identify strategic growth opportunitiesOversee P&L responsibility for operations

Client Partnership Excellence

Architect and execute strategic account plans ensuring long-term partnership sustainabilityDrive account expansion through innovative service solutionsCultivate and maintain executive-level client relationshipsBe customer obsessed and strive for continuous improvement

Talent & Organization Leadership

Lead and develop high-performing teams exceeding 800 professionalsImplement robust succession planning and talent development programsChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiativesEmbrace and Foster the clients culture, high bar culture

Financial & Commercial Leadership

Drive P&L performance and strategic growth initiativesDevelop and execute annual commercial plansEnsure operational excellence and risk managementMaintain strong financial controls and metrics

Executive Qualifications

Experience

10+ years executive leadership in Integrated Facility Management and Commercial Real EstateProven track record managing Fortune 500 client relationshipsDemonstrated success in large-scale ($100M+) budget managementExtensive experience leading teams of 100+ professionals

Education

Bachelor's degree requiredMBA or advanced degree preferred

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to lead a strategic client partnership while driving significant business impact across the Americas region.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

220,000.00 – 250,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
