Account Executive, Business Marketing
Edelman is looking for an Account Executive to join their Business Marketing team. Reporting to a VP, Business Marketing, you have a curiosity for B2B marketing and passion for all things digital and data. You are not only on top of the latest online trends but know how to get things done in the space: process-oriented and able to quickly overcome obstacles.  
As an Account Executive, you will play a role in supporting and leading the execution of B2B campaigns and programs, build trusted relationships with clients, leverage project management skills, collaborate with best-in-class specialists across creative, research, paid media, and analytics to support our clients’ objectives.  
As we continue to grow the Business Marketing discipline in Canada, we are seeking a new team member who is excited to learn about the world of B2B, including but not limited to analyzing marketing data, understanding emerging digital platforms, and developing breakthrough creative campaigns.

Today, we have a dedicated Business Marketing offering with nearly 100 specialists across the globe, supporting clients in industries such as energy, enterprise technology, financial services, agriculture, healthcare, manufacturing, and transportation, among others. Responsibilities:Execute digital marketing and social media programs for clients, including account-based-marketing programs Exhibit effective project management working closely with account teams – prepare and/or review activity reports and status reports for clients; keep the account team abreast of timelines and deadlines; ensure high-quality delivery against deadlines Support in preparing client materials (mainly PowerPoint), including strategy, research, and reporting Work closely in integrated teams to ensure seamless coordination between strategy, creative, paid media, and analytics Demonstrate an understanding of clients’ business challenges and objectives across sectors, with the ability to provide strategic thinking and proactive solutions.  Interest in understanding available data on digital platforms, reading data and strategically leveraging to inform strategies Recognize impact of self on others; maintain strong internal/external relationships; support fellow team members Share the Edelman values (the relentless pursuit of excellence, freedom to be constantly curious and courage to do the right thing) Qualifications:At least 1year of experience working with marketing and communications teams. Bonus points if you have experience working with a sales team. Demonstrated track record of executing successful digital programs. Familiarity with planning and managing components of digital programs. Proactive thinker with strong problem solving, strategic communication and presentation skills. Experience in PowerPoint is an asset. Ability to manage competing priorities and are motivated by new challenges and identifying ways of solving problems. A team-first mentality, working with your account teams and other specialty teams to deliver our best thinking for our clients’ business assignments.  Additional nice to haves include in-platform experience in LinkedIn, CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe), Google Analytics; exposure to account-based-experience programs; agency experience.
