Account Executive, Casino Marketing

This position will be working onsite from Miami.    

 

Position Summary:

The primary function of the Account Executive, Casino Marketing will be to facilitate and coordinate email and direct mail marketing campaigns for casino consumer segments, at the direction of the Marketing Sr. Manager, aimed at driving revenue and increasing customer reactivation and retention by working collaboratively across teams, with in-house creative team and external vendors.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development and deployment of Casino email and direct mail marketing campaigns, including creation of creative briefs and working with the creative team and external vendors to develop assets & bring the campaign to market.

2. Partner with Casino Operations and the Casino Campaign Analyst to build email and direct mail segmentation criteria and targeted lists.

3. Responsible for casino EM/DM campaign pre-deployment QA alongside EM and DM vendors

4. Manage EM/ DM agency process for production, asset delivery, QA and timely/ accurate deployment.

5. Collaborate with key stakeholders from marketing, retail, product, and operations teams to ensure coordinated execution and drive email performance.

6. Monitor EM/DM campaigns, report results and provide recommendations on how to improve performance through optimizations.

7. Execute campaign test plans with external vendors based on strategy set forth from Casino Marketing, Lead.

8. Assist and work with Lead, Casino Marketing in developing email campaign calendar to drive impactful cadence, content versioning and testing strategy with corresponding reporting.

 

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:

College degree required. 1 to 3 years of experience in Email and Direct Mail marketing. Education: BS/BA in Marketing or related field Experience: 2- 3 years experience in email/ direct mail marketing Execution: excellent attention to detail and follow through Project management: ability to manage multiple campaigns and cross-functional team members Familiarity with metrics-based marketing Email/Direct Mail Tools: knowledge with email and direct mail platforms such us Exact Target, Salesforce, Siebel and project management tool JIRA Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write marketing copy, including strong calls-to-action for targeted audiences. Approach: energy and enthusiasm to drive results; must be self-motivated, proactive, poised and flexible Industry knowledge: passionate about cruise/travel industry, eCommerce and CRM.
