Enterprise Account Executives develop customer relationships to sell products and services, prospecting, cold-calling, networking and generating leads through referrals. Partnering, AE's manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. The role is responsible for both new logo growth and retention of the active account base.
***This position offers a blend of remote and in-office work, with 2-3 days in the office per week for collaboration and team building***

As an Enterprise Account Executive at T-Mobile, you will drive transformative business outcomes for some of the world's largest and most influential companies. Your role is pivotal in demonstrating T-Mobile's innovative solutions to meet the sophisticated needs of these large organizations. Here's how you will make a difference:
Strategic Business Engagement: Deeply understand the unique challenges and opportunities within Fortune 1000 businesses, employing solution-based selling to cultivate meaningful partnerships and achieve significant business impacts.
New Logo Acquisition: Actively pursue and acquire new enterprise logos, growing T-Mobile's footprint within the Fortune 1000 sector through strategic hunting and targeted outreach. Your ability to identify and engage new prospects will be key to our growth strategy.
Sales Excellence: Apply advanced sales force automation, funnel management, and prospecting tools to their fullest potential, ensuring a high level of engagement with C-level executives and improving sales efficiency.
Leadership and Analytics: Take a proactive leadership stance in leading the sales funnel. Generate insightful analytics and accurate sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making and drive the sales process forward.
Collaborative Integration: Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer onboarding experience, aligning all efforts to ensure successful business outcomes.
Market Intelligence: Conduct detailed research to acquire deep insights into the business landscape, crafting sales strategies that are both impactful and tailored to specific client needs.
Negotiation and Closure: Lead in negotiation and the finalization of sales agreements with outstanding skills, ensuring T-Mobile's solutions are flawlessly aligned with the business objectives of large organizations.
In this role, your ability to navigate complex sales environments and your dedication to driving business success for Fortune 1000 clients will position T-Mobile as a preferred partner for business solutions. Education:

Work Experience:
4-7 years of Acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment. (required)
