Account Executive, Inside

Position Summary:

The Inside Wholesale Account Executive is responsible for sourcing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers through in-person visits, trainings and events to encourage business with Freedom Mortgage.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Undertake training to learn to solicit and generate Wholesale business via all appropriate means

Assist the AE in managing customer support processes for current customers

Contribute to the AE’s generation of FHA, VA and Conventional mortgages through effective prospecting of mortgage brokers

Sources new brokers on an ongoing basis and submits required documents for broker approval

Assist in obtaining sufficient and complete documentation from the broker as required by Freedom Mortgage's underwriting/processing guidelines.

Supports the AE as they act as a liaison between Freedom Mortgage and the mortgage broker throughout all phases of the loan process

Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

High School Graduate/GED,

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite products

Preferred:

One year of related experience or more

Mortgage industry knowledge

A role in sales or training

Familiarity with call center KPIs

Utilization of Salesforce as a CRM

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

None Required

Language Skills:

Ability to read words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to comprehend and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Customer Service Relationships:

Requires moderate interpersonal and communication skills to ensure that customer requests or needs are met. Acknowledges and clarifies customer inquiries, requests, or complaints to ensure that needs are identified, documented and addressed.

Work Complexity:

Tasks are multiple and focus more on single processes. Work is sometimes standardized and sometimes varied.
