ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

We are a team of 80 Sales Representatives who love sales. We provide extensive training and professional development opportunities for significant career growth. This is not just a sales role—it is a consultative position where you will act as a trusted advisor to vendors. As a leading marketplace in the wedding sector, we are the go-to reference for businesses operating in this industry. This allows us to take a consultative sales approach, not only advising clients with personalized campaigns but also training them in marketing and sales strategies to help them grow their business.


RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Acquisition of new clients: Identify and engage potential clients already using the platform for free, offering upselling opportunities to premium services. Proactively seek new business opportunities through targeted outreach and relationship-building. Client portfolio management & expansion: Maintain, renew, and expand the assigned client portfolio by ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing retention. Training & consulting: Guide and support clients in leveraging our products/services to meet their business needs, providing strategic consulting and ongoing assistance. Sales activities (inbound & outbound): Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to generate and engage new clients. Manage inbound leads, guiding them through our premium services and highlighting benefits. Handle cancellation requests from unsatisfied clients, working towards client recovery and long-term retention. Re-engage former clients by analyzing previous campaign issues and offering tailored solutions. Full sales cycle management: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE: 

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and B2B client management (new business development, client retention, and account management). Strong commercial acumen and proven negotiation skills. Excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities. A results-driven mindset, determination, and a team-oriented approach. Passion for sales, with a proactive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement. Ability to work in multicultural, structured, and dynamic environments. Native-level Italian and fluent English proficiency. Strong organizational skills, ability to manage priorities effectively, and good knowledge of Excel.
