The Inside Sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts remotely via telephone or other electronic means. Primary responsibility is to maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell and up-sell of new opportunities.Essential Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with Small Business clients to conduct a needs-based assessment and suggest the appropriate solution for their businessMeet the standards of KPI requirements for the appropriate segment (e.g., Talk Time, Dials, Defects Rates, Credit Card Percent, Handle Time, and Discount Rates, etc.)Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals, while observing all compliance policies and proceduresAdditional duties as assigned.
