Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will sell new licences into an assigned list of 50 strategic prospect accounts. You will engage customers with a range of messaging to find and develop opportunities across the scope of the Ping solution portfolio. This will include finding new contacts in prospect accounts, outbound phone and email activity, as well as social selling.

You will primarily focus on New Business, but will retain and grow customers once an initial relationship has been established. You will report to the Regional Sales Director. This is a remote-based role, but you must reside within the geography of the assigned territory. Travel is required.

You will:

Develop sales/business plans to achieve quarterly sales/goals Implement account strategy, including managing relationships with important decision makers Present value propositions to IT management and VP and C-level business management Recognize customer business problems and promote/influence resources to address opportunities Major focus on identifying and qualifying new opportunities using the telephone, onsite and web demonstrations to improve market coverage, increase market share, and grow revenue Guide communication between Ping Identity and customers and develop a team selling approach with pre-sales technical specialists and the customer support organization Help with partner recruitment, training and ongoing support
