RESPONSIBILITIES:

Deluxe Merchant Services is growing and looking to add an Account Executive to our Integrated Software Vendor (ISV) Partner team. The Account Executive is a critical role focused on converting ISV partner leads to activated applications.

Measured by the growth in your partner referral/lead pipeline, deal flow and ultimately the number of customers portfolio delivers

Respond promptly to incoming leads and convert to opportunities

Use existing client base & channel relationships to up sell,

Win new business & increase dollars processed via cold to warm outreach and/or locational selling opportunities

Maintain a predictable higher than average pipeline, forecast, and close rate

Manage client and prospects journey, including rate reviews, and contract reviews via CRM

Create confidence and trust via phone, video, and additional communications media conversations that put us in a winning position  

Support marketing efforts to existing clients with follow up calls


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: Bachelors Degree in related field AND 0 years experience; OR HS/GED AND 4 years relevant experience

Two years of sales experience in SaaS or related field

Must be 18 years of age or older


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 0 years experience

Experience selling payment platforms or Merchant Services

Experience in channel/partner sales

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Comfortable delivering platform demonstrations and assisting customers through application and onboarding process
