General Purpose:
The Kyriba Account Executive is responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing business. The Account Executive is assigned the territory to manage, develop and market Kyriba’s solutions in order to secure new subscription business in our Software-as-a-Service business model. Working in collaboration with sales leadership and other team, the Account Executive engages with VP, Senior VP and C-level contacts within prospective customers developing relationships and closing business at or above expected and assigned levels per period.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Build, nurture and execute pipeline in collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive bookings within your territory.
Own entire sales process from prospecting to closing business.
Responsible business conduct within his/her assigned accounts : in-depth understanding of the account’s strategies
Coordinate and lead responses to RFIs/RFPs, Requests for Information and pricing requests.
Analyze situation and implements solutions, or develops new approaches
Ensures opportunities are accurately reflected and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly updates, monthly projections and quarterly committed forecasts of sales activity and volume to Kyriba NA Sales management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
Results driven individual with a minimum 5+ years of high-touch sales experience in enterprise applications or business applications.
Have a mindset to work as a team and interpersonal skills to enhance smooth collaboration with stakeholders, technical team, Kyriba head office, and partner companies.
Experience in SaaS solutions sales required
Native Japanese Ability and Intermediate English Speaking and Writing Ability
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
社内の関係部署と協業しながらパイプラインの構築および育成を行い、担当するテリトリーの既存/見込み顧客に対し提案営業を行う。
見込み顧客の発掘から受注までの全ての営業プロセスを主導する。
担当するアカウントに責任を持ち、継続的な関係構築を図りアカウントの経営・業務課題を把握する。
RFI/RFPに関するするリクエストに対し、関係者と調整し回答する。
状況を分析し、ソリューションを提案する、あるいは新たなアプローチを開発する。
商談の詳細情報をSalesforce.comに適宜アップロードし、キリバ・ジャパンのセールマネージメントチームと商談を積極的にドライブする。
Education, Experience and Skills:
Enterprise向け、業務アプリケーションもしくはITソリューションにおけるハイタッチセールスの経験5年以上
社内の技術チーム、キリバ本社、パートナー企業との円滑な連携を図れるコミュニケーション能力とチームワークを意識し行動できるインターパーソナルスキル
SaaSソリューションの提案営業経験
海外チームとの英語のコミュニケーション (読解力) 、会議参加・ディスカッションができれば尚可
財務・会計の知識、トレジャリー領域での経験があれば尚可
