Job DescriptionMeet/liaise with clientsManage a portfolio of accountsReceive briefs/debriefs on projectsAttend status meetings at various businessesKeep a detailed list of projects on the go with timelines/deadlinesCompile quotations to be approved by management before sending on to clientManage projects from start to finish i.e.  Follow up with studio/client to ensure deadlines are metEngage in project management dutiesAttend meetings with clients (when required)Maintain good relationships with clientsAssist with writing client reportsAssist with traffic and driving work in studioUndertake administration tasks related to the client portfolio

QualificationsA relevant tertiary qualificationMinimum 2 years’ experience as an Account Executive in an Advertising AgencyProficient in MS Word (i.e., Word / Excel / PowerPoint)Well versed in DigitalA good command of the English & Afrikaans language (both verbal and written)CRM experienceStrong presentation skillsStrong organisational and administration skillsStrong time management skillsStrong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time)Business savvy with strong numerical skillsAbility to grasp concepts, systems and processesUnderstand customer journeys and mapsAdvantageous:An understanding of Marketing Automation/Technology (Martech)FMCG, retail experienceFinancial services/Insurance account experience
