Account Executive

We will count on you to:

Support the maintenance of effective working relationships with insurers and clients.Provide assistance in all aspects of client service and assisting with the management of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high quality customer service.Build relationships as a trusted and strategic advisor through face-to-face client meetingsMaintain the up-to-date management of databases, information systems and organisation company records.Liaise with Operations Team to process invoicing and related policy documentation.Prepare information and documentation for Pre-Renewal and Broking meetings.

What you need to have:

Relevant general insurance experience in broking, 2 plus years preferable.Completed Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance qualificationProfessional indemnity insurance experience an advantage however not essentialStrong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders.Experience in a client facing role.The ability to learn new skills and concepts.
