Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, high performing Account Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Executive's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas and loves the challenges that come with outbound prospecting in a competitive market.
Primary responsibilities:Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, administrators and other senior living and healthcare professionalsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as neededPrepare for data and paperwork for Quality Assurance meetings at facilitiesAttend and present at QA meetings at facilitiesRequirements: Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key accounts at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelSolid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in LTC or SNF environments a plusEffective time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsCompetencies:Strong Communication and Customer Service SkillsPeer RelationshipsCustomer FocusIntegrity and TrustFunctional/Technical SkillsPriority SettingPrevious experience in LTC or SNF environments a plusEffective time management and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsCompetencies:Strong Communication and Customer Service SkillsPeer RelationshipsCustomer FocusIntegrity and TrustFunctional/Technical SkillsPriority Setting
