Account Executive
**Summary** Our team is growing, and we are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the Construction unit in our Commercial Lines team. The ideal candidate has prior experience leading the insurance strategy for large construction clients. **Responsibilities:** + Maintain HUB professional service standards as required and ensure team compliance + Maintain appropriate professional licensing and continuing education + Document daily activity in compliance with HUB corporate standards and ensure team compliance + Pursue professional development opportunities + Maintain familiarity with industry trends and new insurance products + Be responsible for the quality of HUB client deliverables, i.e. policy analysis, loss analysis, risk profile analysis + Collaborate with producers as required to maximize account management results + Collaborate with Marketing as required to maximize account management results + Collaborate with CPU as required to maximize account management results + Review client insurance related contracts as necessary + Prepare management reports as necessary + Acquire understanding of client insurance objectives and critically analyze and compare insurance terms and conditions + Trouble shoot, issue spot, and problem solve matters between the client and the insurance company + Manage and hold periodic client meetings such as a Stewardship or Pre-Renewal meeting + Develop new and expanded business opportunities + Manage underwriting and carrier relationships to the benefit of your clientele **Qualifications:** + 7+ years of Commercial Lines Insurance experience within an agency + Current Property/Casualty Insurance License + Four year college degree preferred + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Ability to issue spot, provide proactive customer service, and demonstrated problem solving skills + Ability to prioritize and multitask + Proficiency with computer systems, including but not limited to Microsoft Office and automated Agency Management Systems + Ability to work in a collaborative team environment + Demonstrated high-level attention to detail + Available for occasional business travel + Advanced professional designation(s) highly desirable + Be part of a motivated team **What we offer you:** + A rewarding job that helps local businesses in the community + Medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching program, Health Savings Account funding, and voluntary insurance options + Generous time-off policies (3 weeks of vacation + Personal/Sick/Floating Holidays) + A work/life balance because that’s important for all of us + Learn from the expertise of your coworkers + Growth- HUB is growing, and so can your career + Be part of a motivated team + Additional benefits are based on the qualifications of the applicants The compensation range for this position is $120,000- $135,000 annually, depending on experience. **Join a Winning Team at HUB International** When you join the team at HUB International, you become part of the 5th largest global insurance broker, providing a broad array of property, casualty, risk management, life and health, employee benefits, investment and wealth management products and services.
