In this fast-paced role, you will engage in daily conversations with potential clients aiming to build trust and foster relationships for future opportunities. Success in this role consists of being approachable and persuasive, building out a center of influence, and the ability to understand diverse client needs and offer solutions that align with their goals. We’re seeking candidates who are patient, calm under pressure, and dedicated to making impactful connections through consistent communication. Responsibilities + Work within defined vertical based territory – Financial Services – to find potential clients. + Build center of influence in the assigned market + Align prospective client goals with Charles IT solutions + Conduct initial contact, informational meetings and exceptional discovery + Work leads generated from cold calls + Conduct onsite walk throughs, be able to identify areas for improvement in the client environment and provide appropriate recommendations + Accurately input metrics/data into HubSpot + Maintain relationships with industry professionals, associations and referral partners. + Attend industry events Requirements + Demonstrated experience in a Sales role. Managed services space preferred + Experience selling into the Financial Services market, with familiarity in line of business applications + Located in the Stamford area + Proficient in the English language + Ability to multitask with exceptional time management skills to navigate a fast paced, client focused process. + Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail + Ability to work autonomously with a results-based mindset + Ability to prospect by phone, social media, email, and in person + Exceptional networking skills + A current, valid U.S. driver's license is required.
