Our Small Business Insurance team is looking for a self-motivated Account Manager to join our dynamic and highly collaborative team. Our Account Executives drive new business revenue growth by delivering comprehensive solutions within the market. You'll achieve targets through a consultative approach with new clients and ensuring our clients are using all relevant risk management solutions. How You Will Affect the Business Generate new business through proactive phone and email marketing, building an ongoing pipeline of new business opportunities Actively pursue and pre-qualify new business leads, prioritizing those with higher probability of binding Employ a targeted distribution strategy, ensuring revenue opportunities through distribution of niche programs is fully implemented Form relationships with carriers to develop knowledge of product solutions relative to client needs, negotiate the best coverage and pricing solutions. Actively handle new business pipeline within CRM systems. Keeping track of all stages of the sales process from lead to opportunity to getting the client bound. Collaborating with sales leaders and administrative support teams in developing quote letters and proposals. Proactively stay abreast on relevant industry and market trends, build and maintain a deep knowledge-base on core coverage lines, customer-relevant insurance products and niche programs. About You Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required. Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
