As we continue to expand, we need passionate salespeople to help us bring MOO’s products to new markets.ResponsibilitiesServe as the first human contact with business customers and introduce them to MOO service, design, and product offeringsLeverage moderate skill in influencing and resilience to fully understand prospective business client needs and inspire them through thoughtful value driven proposals Leverage moderate to advanced qualifying skills to access the level of an opportunity and make strong recommendations and accurate forecasting assumptionsOnboard new client accounts for first order(s) and subscription and facilitate a seamless introduction to an Account Manager or Customer Success teamProvide live demonstrations of our business platform, help prospective clients product product samples, and educate on our product and service offeringsMaintain a strong understanding of MOO products and services to present thoughtful and creative recommendations to prospective clients in order to win their businessWork with MOO team of internal designers to ensure client designs will shine on paper and branded merchandise productsKeep clear records of work in Sales Department CRM system so that the department can work as a team to ensure the best client experienceManage a pipeline of both prospect and recently onboarded client accounts, actively contacting leads and opportunities from multiple channelsLeverage moderate closing skills to achieve and exceed monthly new account and revenue targetsMeet and exceed daily outbound activity requirementsAccurately forecast anticipated monthly achievement upward to sales manager and at times other leaders in the businessEngage in weekly coaching sessions and 1:1s with sales managerBe an active member of assigned sales team and wider department by being an engaged participant in team meetings and strategy sessionAbout YouIs motivated to make 35+ outbound calls a dayLeverages sales skills and moderate to advanced level business acumen to dig deeper in opportunity funnels and make creative salesHas 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in salesIs Goal-oriented, and likes to chase an ambitious targetLearns new tech platforms quickly, and thrives in a hybrid work environmentPrefers busy days with lots of action and will actively seek and prospect opportunitiesIs Coachable and enjoys learning new skills and strategiesIs Professional, friendly, and helpful on the phone and in writingEnjoys being in an advisory role, helping clients solve problems and coming up with creative solutionsIs Organised and disciplined in day to day processesCan operate effectively in situations where there is ambiguityHas a growth mindsetHas an interest or background in design and printEnjoys a challenge and isn’t afraid to try something newThrives in a team setting and working closely with peers towards personal and professional growthNice To HavesPrevious phone or in person sales experience, specifically in prospecting and/or onboarding new businessBasic knowledge of design/print Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Adobe Workfront or other ticketing systemsBi-lingual capabilitiesBachelor’s degree or significant work experience in sales field preferredStay in Touch!Even if the role isn’t available today, we’d love to connect for future opportunities.Follow Us on Stay up to date on MOO news and openings. Check Our Visit often for new roles.
