Account Executive

Description

 

The Executive Account Manager will support account managers and account directors with the development and implementation of framework contracts and client portfolio. The Executive Account Manager supports in client engagement activities, offer preparation, financial monitoring and reporting, as well as other tasks on demand. The Executive Account Manager works very closely with the designated project team in order to provide the client insights, client feedback and the direction for ensuring client satisfaction.  

 

Main Responsibilities 

Supporting account management team in activating, nurturing, and engaging with clients in line with set KPIs 

Support ICF Next Team in client proposals, by supporting in collecting client inputs and strategic insights 

Supporting in drafting strategies for client development and client engagement 

Support in budget preparation and negotiations.  

Supporting account managers and account directors in the correct financial, contractual and operational management of the given FWCs  

Ensuring high quality work is delivered: meeting professional standards and client expectations, by ensuring Prince2 processes are applied, by closely monitoring all specific contracts under the given FWCs. 

Working closely with the Heads of different services provided by ICF Next, Expert Team Leaders, CBS Teams (Recruitment, Finance, etc) in creating new service offerings, as well as working on innovative & creative services  

Ensure team spirit, promoting professionalism and curious attitude. 

Supporting the account management team in regular reporting on clients and FWCs status, as well as ensuring that risks assessment is in place. 

Regular reporting to the Head of Account Management Team. 

Requirements  

 

Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in the communication industry  

Solid knowledge of communication services and latest trends  

Solid knowledge of budget preparation and negotiations (previous experience is a plus) 

Ready to be client facing, with interest in opening commercial opportunities for ICF Next 

Fluent in English (written and spoken) 

Result driven and ambitious profile, while remaining team player 

Previous experience and knowledge about EU landscape and EU policies is an advantage
