Join our soon-to-be opened Business Aviation Training Centre in Vienna (Schwechat) as Account Executive where you’ll be part of our global Business Aviation Training team.

We are expanding our global network to Central Europe and will be opening a business aviation training centre in Vienna, Austria in Spring 2025. CAE will initially operate six state-of the-art Full Flight Simulators in Vienna, including the Global 7500, a Global 6000 Vision, and four yet-to-be-announced Full Flight Simulators for business jets from leading manufacturers. The new 8,000-square-metre facility will have space for expansion with a capacity for up to nine Full Flight Simulators and will be purpose-built to deliver the most advanced pilot training experience in Central Europe.

The role we are offering you 

In this busy and fast-moving live-training environment, you are responsible for company and client retention within an assigned territory, maximising retention of pre-existing revenue.  As part of a team your pro-active approach and results will be critical in achieving the fulfilment of our Sales Strategy and targets.

Book existing client training events comparing and evaluating course prerequisites with client qualifications, course availability and document the client’s expectations clearly to Training Services through accurate and proper registration of training.Respond to client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner and exceed client expectations through superior service, communication, and account follow up.Diarising recurrent training events and following up to ensure fulfilment.Up-sell ancillary training courses that add value to overall client training.Negotiate pricing agreements with clients and make contract/pricing decisions based on set guidelines.Monitor client training events through to completion and provide customer service.Clearly communicate payment terms to clients and assist in collection of payments to include assisting with client check in and collect COD payments.Prospecting for new clients as required.Establish and maintain proactive positive relationships with clients within an assigned territory through direct personal relationships with clients.Directly coordinate training commitments with Training Services Department to provide a training solution for clients.Monitor training events through fruition and provide customer service as required.Maximising training course participationResponsible for ensuring accurate client data is entered into Sales Force and Gemini

Our ideal candidate

Has previous experience in customer/client relations role, ideally from a similar industry.Speaks and writes fluent English.Has worked Sales Force and/or Gemini before updating and maintaining client data.

You are a true team player, highly organised and can multi-task and prioritise your daily workload in a busy and operational environment. Role details & location

This on-site position is based at our Business Aviation Training Centre in Schwechat (Vienna). The working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.
