The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day execution of media projects across multiple clients, products and channels. They are the direct liaison between the internal agency departments (Media, Analytics, Ad Operations, Technology, Finance), clients and certain media partners. The Account Executive will be responsible for timely project management to ensure smooth operations, and for owning clear and concise communications across all key stakeholders.
Responsibilities Gains understanding of client’s business and works as an advocate for client needs and objectives both internally and with third-party vendors.Manages the majority of daily communication on multiple accounts ensuring client deliverables are submitted before or on deadline.Ability to anticipate potential challenges and work with appropriate team members to develop efficient processes and solutions.Work closely with analytics and media teams, to determine root causes of declines in performance and develop recommendations and optimizations to improve.Participates in project-related presentations to the client and compiles all necessary inputs across internal teams. Navigate internal depts. & ensure highest quality deliverables.Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues; maintains positive team morale. Takes proactive role in researching and understanding best practices and industry standards across media, marketing and business; shares POV with the internal and client teams as appropriate.Prepares and distributes agendas, call reports, internal and client-facing status reports, proposals, client-input & project briefs, internal execution briefs, correspondence, etc.Monitors and reports on the financial progress of projects to agency management and client teams and facilitates accurate billing.Supervisory Responsibilities
This position does not have any direct supervisory responsibilities but may require oversight of assigned account coordinators on specific media campaigns.Unfortunately, we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. The successful candidate’s salary will depend on actual ranges of current employees in the subject position, market considerations, budgetary considerations, geography, as well as the candidate’s skill set, level of experience, and qualifications. QualificationsWe are looking for an enthusiastic, kind, detail-oriented, self-motivated professional with strong communication and time management skills.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of agency experience or equivalent client-side working on media campaigns & reporting, specifically linear television and OTT; extra points for long-form television. Digital media experience is also a plus. Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (required), Power Point (required) and Outlook (required).Strong project management and account management skills.Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable managing many moving pieces and complex project plans.
Travel
This position requires regularly scheduled travel approximately up to 15% of the time.
